Eastbound Transatlantic Crossing
Depart New York 10 October 1952
List of Passengers
This page is a full-text transcript of the Passenger List showing only Southampton Arrivals for the transatlantic crossing starting from New York on 10 October 1952. It is transcribed directly from British Immigration records. Sadly, there's no current access to Le Havre disembarkation details from this voyage.
Reference Date
With the ship delayed by bad weather, docking did not take place until the early hours of the 18th October 1952. However,
all the documentation still refers to the 17th October 1952, so this is the reference date used here.
Notes
- It's very difficult to establish exact marital status from the Manifests, so no titles are shown unless indicated
- Everyone below the age of majority is shown with a Mstr. or Miss prefix
- Family names are listed in strict alphabetical order so people with the same family name may not all be related
- 5 Cabin Class passengers, all in transit to Pakistan, are crossed through and not counted
