1950 Westbound Transatlantic
02 June 1st Class Dinner Menu
This is another of the early “Green Goddess” dinner menus. It's taken from a Westbound transatlantic crossing from Southampton to New York in June 1950, just 18 months into Caronia's career.
As with the Cabin Class menus of the period, the full menu was printed on the right side of the opened card, and two suggested menus were shown on the left side. Also in common with Cabin Class, one suggested menu was in English, the other in French, and both offered different choices
