Cabin Class menu covers - Part 2
Menus seen on this and the previous page were mostly used in the Sandringham Restaurant on transatlantic crossings. The smaller range, compared to 1st Class, reflects the lower proportion of Caronia's use on 2-class transatlantic crossings as opposed her majority time on all 1st class cruises.
These smaller size menu covers were also occasionally used on cruises, mostly for special meals like gala-nights. These would have a smaller selection offered, mostly because they featured some of the more popular and most expensive dining options.
