Introduction
This page lists all of the jobs carried out by the crew of the “Green Goddess” on only her 2nd transatlantic crossing from Liverpool. This was due to a delay caused by a mishap on the Crosby Sands. This crossing was ahead of the 1957 Great World Cruise, ending at New York on 07 May 1957
Although this list is shown as a manifest, it is not intended that it give full details of each rating, like Age, Nationality, Service at Sea etc. The list is ordered according to Articles Number with series letter prefix.

- Total crew complement, including the Master, for the 02 January 1957 Transatlantic Crossing was 693 of which there were 460 in the Catering Department
- On arrival at New York, a total of 9 new personnel were signed-on and 5 signed-off. No Article Numbers for these were recorded
- With these signings, no differentiation was made between First and Cabin Class Waiters or Bedroom Stewards
