Whilst every effort has been made to check this transcript, the process has highlighted a few errors in the original documents which have been corrected here. Also, a few of the original documents in this manifest were barely decipherable, so it's possible that other errors or omissions have crept in.

- Total crew complement, including the Master, for the 10 October 1950 Voyage was 592 of which there were 385 in the Catering Department. Unlike very early lists, the kitchen staff are no longer separately identified
- For this voyage there was only a skeleton laundry staff employed
