These menu covers were used in the Balmoral Restaurant and Verandah Café on Transatlantic crossings, and also in the Sandringham Restaurant on cruises.

Most of these menus date from the 1950s period, except for the Caribbean Island, Cunard 125, East Wind, & the Explorers

Three of the Dancer covers are of interest because they're 1960s reproductions of mouth-paintings by Elizabeth Twistington-Higgins. Until being handicapped by polio, she had been an accomplished dancer herself.

The set of 4 winds were not introduced until around 1964. Not only was there the fabulous artwork on the cover, but there was also an apposite verse, saying or quotation on the back.
