Ashore on North Cape Cruises
The following selection of submitted photographs were taken on one of the 17 North Cape Cruises achieved through Caronia's career. It featured such delights as travelling North of the Arctic Circle (a very chilly boat-drill), the North Cape visit (a crew work-up) and of course, some festivities in Bergen.
From 1955 to 1967 the annual football match between staff supporting the two restaurants was held after a themed parade through the city from the ship to the stadium. This sequence of pages will eventually come to cover the Wareham & Bergen Trophies.
