Tour #61: The Corniche & Monte Carlo

Afternoon and Evening, by Motor Coach

Drive through the city of Nice and along the historic Grande Corniche Road, with magnificent views of the Riviera.

After a stop at La Turbie, continue as far as Menton, returning along the coast road to Monte Carlo.

Visit the famous Casino, seeing its many game rooms and other interesting apartments.

Dinner will be served at the luxurious Hotel de Paris, facing the Casino Gardens.

There will be time for revisiting the Casino and strolling about Monte Carlo after dinner.

Motor coaches will return tour members to the Caronia at Villefranche until midnight.

Tour #62: Nice - Rapael - Cannes

Full-Day, by Motor Coach

Pass through Nice and continue along the new Esterel auto route to Frejus, where the ancient Roman ruins may be viewed.

Then drive via St. Raphael and the “Corniche d'Or” to Cannes.

Luncheon will be served at a leading hotel.

There will be some time in the afternoon for shopping and independent activities, before the motor coaches leave the hotel.

The return drive passes through the resorts of Juan-les-Pins, Antibes, and Nice.

Rejoin the Caronia in Villefranche in the late afternoon.

Tour #63: Cannes - Grasse - Vence

Full-Day, by Motor Coach

Drive through Nice, Antibes and Juan-les-Pins to the famous seaside resort of Cannes. After a brief stop, continue inland to Grasse where one of the leading perfumeries will be visited.

Then drive up the beautiful canyon-like valley called the Gorges du Loup to Gourdon, a charming medieval town high on a mountain top.

Continue to “La Reserve” restaurant, situated above a picturesque waterfall, where luncheon will be served.

In the afternoon drive to the charming city of Vence, a favorite haunt of artists, before rejoining the Caronia at Villefranche.
