Tour #87: A Day in Tokyo
Full-Day, by Motor Coach
Leave in the morning and drive to Tokyo, Japan's exciting capital city.
Sightseeing includes the Imperial Palace Plaza, National Diet Building, Meiji Park (where the Olympic Games were held in 1964), Asakusa Amusement Center, and the Nihonbashi-Ginza shopping area.
After luncheon at the Imperial Hotel, the afternoon will be at leisure for shopping and other independent activities.
Motor coaches will leave from the Imperial Hotel by 5pm for the return trip to the ship in Yokohama.

Tour #88: The Shrines of Nikko
Full-Day, by Train and Motor Coach
Leave by morning train for Nikko, box luncheon served en route.
Upon arrival, drive by motor coach up to Kegon Waterfall and Lake Chuzenji with impressive views.
Descend to Nikko for a detailed visit of the Toshogu Shrine, an acknowledged masterpiece of Japan's ornate Momoyama epoch. View the vermilion-painted Sacred Bridge, before making a walking tour of the interior of the Shrine.
Highlights of the Shrine include the gilded Yomeimon Gate, the Sacred Stables with their monkey allegory, and the famous “Sleeping Cat among the Peonies”.
In the afternoon, leave Nikko by train for Tokyo where dinner will be served at the Palace Hotel.
Rejoin the Caronia in Yokohama at about 10.30pm.
